This simulator is designed by Tom Wilksch, a student designer from the University of South Australia.

Although Australia has a relatively pleasant weather that suits for gliding, the sport is not popular amongst the public. However with this simulator, the sport could gain popularity and it may influence many people to become pilots. The best feature of this simulator is that it can be carried anywhere you go to and you can have the fun of flying it. It is the rarest of the rare stimulator in Australia as other simulators are heavy and not user friendly in addition to being very expensive. As its size is small, it can easily be towed by a car. Setup is simple and self explanatory.

It is a good bet to start with for training purposes. This sounds interesting and I would definitely want to try my hands in flying it.

If you analyze deeply, then we are on the verge of a new commuting age where coupe seems to be too bulky and incompetent considering the traffic-clogged cities and motorcycles too perilous and inflexible to become a big question against your survival. Then what next possible solution can be mediate? Possibly, their hybrid nature can be your savior. How about an automobile with a car appeal running on four-wheels, something that is not much wider or heavier than a bike with a feature to tilt for stability around the corners.

If asked Australian inventor Phillip James, then you would be offered with a revolutionary product that respects all your needs. The internal combustion version of his “TVA Gazelle” tilting 4-wheeler will make well over 100mpg due to the intrinsic USPs of the vehicle design and to your much surprise its steering wheel is absolutely isolated from the front wheels due to the Gazelle’s radical new steering and handling system.

James is reaching the concerned manufacturers in India and China to develop a functional product out of this vehicle concept and it is anticipated that the production version would cost less than $10,000. It seems to be a great solution with eco-friendly touch for coming years of revolution.

Interesting pics:

In a graphic-infatuated, visual appeal driven era; invisibility may work as the absolute retreat, according to engineer Patrick Keane, founder of EnterArchitecture. It was when a client rushed to his door with a demand to construct a home that erects invisibly, Keane geared up and picked the challenge. Keane clarifies that in to design a house meant to “disappear,” every wall is averted in shape which lends itself to “Dynamic Architecture.”

The use of this technique adds a strong appeal to this house that it is hardly seen completely or comprehended from any distinct vantage point. “The Invisible House” is anticipated to be erected in Sydney, but Keane concurs that it is evocative of a structural design in Southern California.

The material used in construction of this unusual home would be very light weighted i.e. carbon fiber composites. The home practices technologies from Formula 1 and Aerospace engineering, thereby assuring its solidarity amidst needful lightness. The walls here would be literally paper-thin that becomes one of the most highlighting features of this “The Invisible House.”

Likewise any ordinary house, it comes equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the upper level, followed by an open kitchen, dining area and bathroom at the lower level. They say the construction of this “The Invisible House” would soon initiate. I am wondering if neighbors’ would realize something is being constructed their next door.
