We know the moment when the entire world stands still for the mobile lovers, and the poor dears can do nothing but watch helplessly. If you haven’t guessed already, we are referring to the mobile phone slips that makes the gorgeous talk device we love so much crash to the floor and fall apart. And we had been quite surprised that no one really thought of addressing this little problem. So much for technology!
But we can stop complaining now because the Ascent Ti Carbon Fiber phone is here. Created by none other than Vertu, this is their newest luxury mobile phone range that have been finished with optimum carbon fibers and resin. The result? Well, the phone gets a uniform surface on both flat and curved parts.

Vertu, Nokia’s deliciously luxurious division that shells out high-end mobile phones just got a new feather on its cap. The popular line Ascent Ti has got itself a new version with the Vertu Ascent Ti Damascus Steel. An ancient steel forging technique has been used to get this rather new shape with an increased strength and hardness. We especially liked the hand etching on the phone.
For the uninitiated, the same technique is used to make Samurai swords and Indian Wootz swords. So you can be assured that the Ascent Ti Damascus is a sturdy one.
