Realising this problem Florian Schärfer has designed the Melted Clock which lets you grope around the bed in your sleepy state and get the time.

All you would need to do is, find the haptic, touch sensitive alarm clock which comes integrated with speakers and the controls would be integrated in your sheets. The clock would be embedded into your bed and thus you would just need to move your hands here and there to find it and like you are reading Braille, you would just get to know what the time is.
