With about 32 jewels, this is by far the best watch I have come across this week. However, the watch borders on being garish and bright, and might look good only in dimly lit restaurants. If you plan to wear it to a well lit and bright party, chances are the watch will outshine you and you would end up looking either dull or stupid.

Nevertheless, it is chic, stylish and artistic. It has a vintage and retro look to it which makes it all the more chic and uber cool. I am not really sure how much this watch costs, but it sure will be very expensive if it looks like that.

Brazilian pop artist Romero Britto was donated a Bentley Continental GT. What he did was paint the whole goddamned car with blue, purple, pink and other bright colours which could easily offend teh usual Bentley clientele who are prim, sophisticated and conservative. However, the very idea behind such colourful representations of art by pop artists is to shock the sensibilities of the bourgeoisie and make them think.

In my opinion, Britto’s work on the Continental GT is something that is awe inspiring and totally urban street chic. Britto will exhibit this car and other works in an upcoming exhibition Automobil Forum Unter den Linden in Germany from July 10 to September 6.

Much of the art work would be auctioned off and the proceedings would be used to help multiple sclerosis research and also to integrate the mentally retarded into society. Pop art seems to be really making waves in Europe, especially Brazilian pop art. I wonder how much this awesome painted Bentley Continental GT would fetch!

If you are a Street Fighter fan, you would love the Gen-Ryu’s proposal for a hybrid motorcycle. It is based in genesis, the famous motorcycle launched by Yamaha. It comes with the latest electronic control techniques and comes with a really sophisticated technology and electric motor.

The idea is to provide the user an experience that brings the advantages of a scooter with the handling of a motorcycle. It is made of die-cast lightweight aluminium and runs at a power which can be compared to other 1,000cc class motorcycles. The idea behind the motorcycle may not be Ryu, the eponymous hero of Street Fighter.

However, it is fine for the handsome Ryu to take on this bike and go fighting all the baddies on the streets of wicked and bad ass cities. It is still a concept and there is no information about either the price or availability and I would be glad if it is made available anytime soon!

Designer Svilen Gamolov has announced his Snake Bar Stool concept. The stool is radically designed and resembles a hissing snake ready to strike at the challenged with a vicious and fatal poisonous bite. You would actually sit on the hood of this supposed snake and when you are drunk enough you could regale yourself and others with all the creepy tales about how snakes could just crawl in from one of the pipes in the bar or club.

You could get these stools not only for your restaurant or bar, but they can be used inside the house as well, if you have a bar at home. There is no information about the price or availability since it is still in the conceptual stage.

I am sure bar owners and nightclub owners would be more than interested in getting this cool but eerie chair manufactured. I can still imagine all the disco lights and people partying away around these chic chairs. The whole idea seems surreal and magical to me!
