How does a bottle of real expensive champagne packed in with a shoe sound to you? We dunno about the men but we are quite sure that the womenfolk will welcome this rather unique marketing idea. Champagne makers Piper Heisieck have teamed up with famous and much celebrated shoe maker Christian Loubotin to create a new and unique offering to their loyals and build a new following too.
The box set is called Le Rituel. It packs in a bottle of a high quality champagne along with a very elegant glass shoe that comes from Louboutin’s workshop. We are told that this little feat is inspired by an 1880 ritual when a sleek glass shoe made for a curious piece of your interior deco. So you too can show off your designer shoe on your mantlepiece though we think it will look best on your bar.

Ellemme has got together with Sand & Birch to design a new wine cellar concept that is being celebrated as the Winebag Collection. This one has been designed so that it has both functional qualities as well as aesthetic delight. As typical to designs by Ellemme, this one too has been created by combining the best from ancient handicraft with the latest, most innovative production technique.
Especially crafted to be fitted in a hotel room or resort, or even a luxury home front, the Winebag has enough room to store 18 bottles. Oak lamination keeps the doors attractive while the special anti UV rays double glass helps protect the wine from light rays. We are told that the standard version comes in white or black lacquer, but if you do not like those you can try out the deLuxe version that has been covered with fine quality leather but it stores only 8 bottles.

Passionate collectors of wine will appreciate this! The focus of our attention this time is a cool new wine storage system by the founder of the Revel Custom Wine Cellars, Jim Cash. Apparently, the man was just so uninspired by the traditional cork systems that he thought of a wine keeping system that is centered around the wine and not the rack.
Called the Revel Cellar, it has several units in the form of sliding drawers to hold multiple bottles. And this is gives us a clear view of the wine we need without distrubing the others. You really dont have to removed each and every bottle before getting to your desired bittle.

Hear hear, brand Krug does not create the most exquisite champagnes alone. In fact, it also is the creator of a very impressive line of champagne trunks. Yes, we are talking about the Escape Artists range that will impress those with a few extra bucks who are forever on the go. Each of these trunks comes with enought space to store two bottles of Krug champagne, which are already there in the original packing.
Designed to cater to a whole range of needs, the Escape Artists Champagne Trunk is fit for a poker party or just a picnic near the river. There are three trunks to choose from, the red one has a poker game as well as a Krug Grande Cuvée and the blue trunk houses a cigar bar and a Krug 1995. But it was the one in silver that took our fancy as it comes complete with a Samsung T9 MP3 video player, a JBL on Tour Plus sound system and Krug Rosé.

Welcome to the 21st century where even luxury water has its own list. And we thougt, it was the prerogative of fine liquor like wines alone. If you ask us, we usually come across only two options for our water — tap ir bottled. But if you were to go enjoy a meal in a certain luxury restaurant in London, the waiters there will hand out a whole list to you if your simply asky for “some water”.
The brands on offer include the likes of 420 Volcanic, MaHaLo Hawaii Deep Sea Water, Berg, Cloud Juice, Iskilde and Wattwiller. And if you are wondering which is the most expensive of te lot, then order a half-litre bottle of 420 Volcanic for some $30 bucks.

A brew that is 9,000 years old, wow! As unbelievable as it may sound, Chateau Jiahu is a reality that was created by mixing rice, honey and fruit together for fermentation several thousand years ago. The wine marks the time when barley beer and grape had just started getting produced in the Middle East. Molecular archaeologist Patrick McGovern from University of Pennsylvania says that the fine liquor is based on chemical traces from pottery in the Neolithic village of Jiahu in Northern China.
And later McGovern thought of recreating the same with help from Sam Calagione of Dogfish Head Craft Brewery in Milton. Wine experts say the brew is very smooth though not overly sweet (apparently, honey adds a delightful touch).
