As of today, it occasionally does enjoy dabbling into creating other luxury stuffs too that car enthusiasts everywhere would heartily appreciate. The DBR1/2 Essence of Form Cufflinks falls in the same category.

These extremely suave and stylish pair of accessories for men depict an exceptional design of a sportscar complete with a driver sitting in. The car in question is the iconic 1950’s DBR1 sports racing car that has been crafted from none other than the original redundant aluminum body panel pieces from DBR1/2 as ‘donor metal’ (yep, that’s the latest trend in the auto world nowadays).

Aston Martin has decided to produce two editions of these very exclusive cuffs, each depicting a different sculpted version of the glam car. There will only be 50 units available in the market, each bearing a price tag of $4,000. Accompanying the cuffs will be certificated signed by Carroll Shelby. So, what are you waiting for? I know, it sounds like a Photoshop gimmick that just made its way onto the net, but when we double checked this claim it turns out that it actually is true! So, there are many car fanatics across the globe (millions) and many others who specifically love the Porsche, but surely none can compete with the sheer craziness of Gil Dezer. This dud was wacky enough (and we mean that in a real good way) to actually take the help of a crane, go through plenty of trouble and let go of a driving option to put a 1950 Porsche Spyder 550 on the top of his 8,000-square-foot condo! And when you look at it, it does look like the work of Spiderman; just that there are no strings attached!

It took an entire team of technicians, a crane and plenty of modifications to get the Spyder 550 up there and now Gil can control its headlights and horn from a touchscreen placed besides the door. Cool and crazy at the same time Gil could obviously afford to hang a car for as an indoor decorative as he own another 7 Porsches too (We told you he was a fanatic!)

While obviously there are many across the globe who own a fleet of cars, none have tried this before making Gil and his condo damn special. So, the day yours truly can afford to but 4 or 5 Ferraris, he will try and emulate Gil… I did say try…
