The self-powered skyscraper will have as many as 48 individual, well-hidden wind turbines to be built in between floors, as well as, solar panels on the roof. So, this building doesn’t have just a unique twisting feature, but also the capacity to generate 10 times the energy the building needed.

The cost of an individual apartment unit starts at US$4 million to US$40 million. Dubai is home to hundreds of tall buildings, including the world’s tallest building, the Burj khalifa.
