India Gets Its First Live Aboard Scuba Diving Vessel, Infiniti

Scuba diving is one of the most exciting adventures a sea lover can embark upon. Though it has become incredibly popular all over the world with most important beaches having scuba diving facilities including live-aboard vessels, India till now was lacking in that area. But people going to the gorgeous islands of Lakshadweep and Andaman and Nicobar can rejoice as Karina Tourism & Adventures has acquired the 130 feet long Infiniti, a liveboard constructed in Thailand.

The company offers five day trips on this top notch vessel that offers luxe amenities. The rooms are spacious, fully air conditioned and each have their own bathroom that offers hot water showers. Their multi-cuisine kitchen will satisfy all kinds of taste buds. People can take the food to the deck for an outdoor dining experience or have a barbeque party. The lounge is stocked with books, games and DVDs to suit your mood.

For the scuba diving, this vessel comes with world class equipment and expert diving instructors who are a must for any scuba diving novice. There is also an interesting fresh water tank for photographers. Infiniti is also equipped with all sorts of safety features to ensure a tension free journey.

They have a range of trips to different islands like the Passage Island, Havelock Island and the volcanic Barren Island. Dive trips will start from September 2013 onwards. You can check out their website for more details. I am sure many Indians who would have to go to other countries like Thailand or Mauritius for such trips will now be able to enjoy it in their very own country.
