Christie’s gentlemen’s Luxury Accessories Auction Ending This 29th July

The auction house Christies is going to hold an online only auction for the brawnier sex between 19th to 29th July. The auction called Gentlemen’s Luxury Accessories will offer, as the name suggests luxurious objects that are special not only because of their craftsmanship and beauty but also for their utility. Big names like Hermès, Cartier, Tiffany, Asprey, Dunhill, Bulgari, and Fortnum & Mason have been roped in. The items up for auction include cocktail shakers, ice buckets, humidors and cigarette cases, clocks, car mascots, gaming boxes, jiggers, hip flasks and aviation models. The prices for these items range from £200 to 20,000.

They have carefully chosen the selection with all the items looking very unique. One of my favorites is the cocktail shaker that looks like a lady’s leg. It is the offering of the West Virginian Specialty Glass Company. Another cocktail shaker looks like a watering can and has been made of silver. A wooden gaming chip carousel is also a beauty. For cigar lovers, there is an art deco cigar box that looks very unique for a cigar case but has oodles of the luxe factor in it. I could go on and on about the products, but the more I look the more favourites are added to my list. I am sure once you go through their entire lot you will be impresses too.

However for most of the products the bidding has gone quite high already. So I would advise you guys to quickly go on their website and check out their awesome range. What is great about these items is that they aren’t just for show. They will actually serve some purpose. But they are so beautifully crafted with the most amazing raw materials that they can actually be bought just for their aesthetic value.
