The restaurant has cultivated classic culinary values but has been reinventing them over the years by giving them contemporary interpretations. The entire team at the Penrose Room has the passion for excellence and Mr. Reed feels that it will take the restaurant to even higher levels in the future. The restaurant serves a prix-fixe menu consisting of three or four courses. In addition you have a chef’s tasting menu. But if you want to make it the ultimate dining experience we would suggest you to go in for a seven-course tasting menu complete with personalized selections from a tableside sommelier.
