Jumeirah Living Launches Luxury Serviced Residences in London

The Dubai based luxury hospitality company Jumeirah Group has launched a new concept in luxury accommodation. Jumeirah Living , a subsidiary, has opened the doors for guests of The Grosvenor House Apartments on Park Lane in London. It is the first exclusive hotel residence to operate in the British capital. The concept has great appeal for the high net worth individuals as these hotel residences combine the amenities and service of a five star hotel with the privacy of an exclusive Mayfair residence. The Jumeirah Group already operates the Jumeirah Carlton Tower and Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel in London and the luxury serviced residences will help it expand its presence in the city.

Jumeirah Provides Its Guests a Home Away From Home

The Grosvenor House Apartments offers a highly personalized service. The guests have access to a concierge service round the clock apart from a daily maid service. It has what it calls the At Home Business Solutions which provides an executive boardroom, gym, 24-hour in-residence dining, secured access and Spa Illuminata At Home treatments. The guests literally get the five star amenities and service at home. Astrid Bray who was earlier the Director, Business Development at Jumeirah Carlton Tower and Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel will run the new residence as its General Manager. The Jumeirah Living residences are housed in the iconic Lutyens building which was built originally in 1920. There are 133 apartments in all and they come in different sizes to suit different needs and are priced accordingly. However the best accommodation are the four spacious single strata penthouses on the top floor which boast of private balconies and have private lift access. The guests in the penthouse are entitled to use a self-drive Aston Martin Rapide house car.
