Louis Vuitton and Marc Jacobs Collaborate to Unveil New Collection

Louis Vuitton luxury goods are on display at Le Arts Decoratifs in Paris, which even 130 years later  remains unchanged. D’ Oeuf Minaudiere was launched at the event and is made of 12, 500 pieces of eggshells, which represent the partnership of creative director Marc Jacobs and house founder Louis Vuitton. The duo have collaborated to give shapes and colors to high fashion products using master craftsmanship, technological development and artistic excellence which are woven into a balanced proportion. Both men are stalwarts who know the fashon industry in and out and have common visions for the fashion world. They are aware of globalised marketing demands of haute couture.

Louis Vuitton’s creative handbag collection of fifteen years has been displayed in the exhibit in a huge chocolate-box. The exhibition at Le Arts Decoratifs in Paris has been portraying them as men from different centuries who have common factors in creativity and cleverness. The monogram jokes were introduced in the collection of bags this Spring/Summer. They are arranged as ‘Graduate’ and ‘Mancrazy’ Monogram Jokes Handbags. The others are named uniquely as ‘Duderanch’ Monogram Jokes Tote.

The accessories include a D-ring for holding a purse or key holder, a cell phone case holder, separate zippered compartments and double zip closure. The monogram joke collection is featured by antique golden brass pieces, microfibre lining and canvas. The bag range is approved by Richard Prince ,who has been selling directly to the consumers at £1450.  The exhibit “Louis Vuitton-Marc Jacobs” runs March 9-Sept. 16.
