Exotic Eyewear Crafted out of White Oak Whiskey Barrels

People who love their whisky now have the option of even wearing them. A collection of exotic eyewear is now available which crafted out of Oakwood barrels used for brewing Irish whiskey by Bushmills. It is a collaborative initiative by a noted Irish whisky brand and Orgeon based eyewear maker. They were perhaps inspired by the designer sunglasses in Gold & Wood Eyewear collection. This is perhaps the most creative use of the Oakwood barrels as a whole range of sunglasses are being made in limited edition at different price points.

There are a variety of options to choose from and the prices are very affordable as they range between $180 and $225 a pair. There are many patterns on offer but most of them have a minimalistic look. These exclusive, innovative and unusual sunglasses are being crafted in Portland, Oregon and each pattern or design will come with seven options. The lense for the sunglasses are being provided exclusively by Carl Zeiss. Each piece is being crafted by hand according to specific and precise measurements.

It is also possible to fit the Carl Zeiss lens set which offer 100% UVA/UVB protection but the premium for the superior lenses will be charged separately. The design which will have the largest production run is Canby Pendleton as 1,000 pieces will be made and sold for $210 a pair. The Canby Bushmills will be sold for $225 a pair but will have a production run of only 100 pieces. 200 pieces of Canby Kicks Hi will be made to be sold for $180 a pair. Canby Six Ply fade will also be sold at the same price but only 50 pieces will be made in the design. there are other designs also but all in limited edition and you will have to hurry to place your orders as some designs have already sold out.
