Luxury Rentals: Yes, You Can Live in an Uber Luxe Home on Rent

Those who thought that one had to buy a house if they wanted to enjoy uber luxurious amenities like infinity pool, a bowling alley and the likes, then I have news for you. There are ample properties in the USA that offer all the amenities of your dream and you and enjoy them without paying a heavy mortgage! But the thing is that instead of a heavy mortgage, you would have to shell out a heavy rent for these luxury rentals.

In Miami, the luxury rental scene is pretty decent. One of the properties here is located on San Marino, which is one of the manmade Venetian Islands near Biscayne Bay. An “Ideal bachelor pad” (not my words, the listing says so), this place has a double height living room, a number of large glass panes on windows and doors, giving it a very modern and voyeuristic look. Plus the marble floor gives it a very classy look at the same. Overall there are nine bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling water views spread over a total of 6,500 square feet. The tenants can also enjoy the 100 feet of waterfront and an infinity pool, but the amount charged for all this comes to $45,000 per month.

The next one is in Beverly Hills and the monthly rent is more than what many people make in a year. But hey, it is Beverly Hills afterall! For a whopping $100,000 per month, one can rent an awesome estate that looks like something right out of the posh estates of the Hamptons. The post-and-beam ceilings, crown molding, wood-paneled cabinetry among other lovely interior features give this place a very classy and rich look. But for so much dough you need more than that. So for that you get an endless list of amenities right from a pool, spa, tennis court, game room, wet bar, powder room to even a two lane bowling alley!
