Donald Trump Scales Down to Sell his Luxury Mansion in California

Donald Trump has finally sold his luxurious California mansion at a scaled down price of $7.15 million. He is known for swinging deals that favor him. He has closed some fantastic deals for Donald Trump luxury hotel. But he was forced on his back foot with this mansion. He had listed the luxury property last year for an asking price of $12 million but was finally forced to settle for a much scaled down price of $7.15 million. The luxurious mansion is located in the southern California area of Palos Verdes.

The 11,000 square feet property is stunning and very luxuriously done up. The mansion features five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an infinity swimming pool and a 1,000 sq foot kitchen. In addition to that the house boasts of a very large games room. Trump disposed off the property because he was unable to use it even on his visits to California as he owns another property in Beverly Hills and preferred staying there. According to reports, the luxurious mansion has been bought by the owner of a shipping company.

Donald Trump is betting big on online gambling. He is not only doing his best to get the government to legalize it in the US, but is putting in place a partnership between his casino company Trump Entertainment Resorts and some established player in the online gambling arena. Trump along with daughter Ivanka and the Avenue Capital hedge fund will hold ten percent stake in the new entity. He believes that the best brand will succeed in the online gambling business and he is convinced that the Trump brand is the best brand ever.
