Managing Director of Century Properties and Project Head of Trump Tower Manila, Robbie Antonio has roped in none other than Hermès to provide their home collection for the most sought after condo property in Manila, Philippines. Hermès it seems is trying to enter the Asian market in a big way. Last week we saw the Hermès saree collection being showcased.
The reservations for the Trump Tower here have already begun and the fact that this will be the first ever condominium project to feature the home decor by Hermès will definitely add a punch to the sales. Purchasers will get to pick from three interior design themes, each giving a unique New York feel. The first theme is Downtown/SoHo, known for its art galleries and high end boutiques and flagship stores. It brings in 18th century sophistication with its decorative cast-iron façade, ebony wood flooring, white walls but also infuses contemporary chic with its contrast colors.
The second interior theme is Fifth Avenue, one of the most coveted addresses in the world. Like the actual area, the pricing here is also the highest amongst the three. A very elegant look is maintained with light wood veneer floors and walls, marble, and granite in warm tones like creams and browns. The third pick is Park Avenue, another lovely area of New York. In this theme the decorators will be giving the place a very classic look, which thanks to its traditional moldings on walls, marble and granite in cream, white and black, ornate door accessories and wenge wood flooring would be a very safe pick.
The place will also have a fully equipped Business Center, a Fitness and Spa Centre, a Pool and Sky Garden with Jacuzzi, a sun deck. They also plan to add a hip Juice Bar and a fine dining restaurant. All in all it seems like Century Properties have left no stones unturned to make this the best address to have in Manila.
