Esquire Magazine 2011 Ultimate Bachelor Pad was an Extraordinary Event

Esquire Magazine has been creating the ultimate bachelor pad every year. The ninth edition of the annual event was held in New York recently. It was something of a surprise as it was the first time that they were taking their New York project to a location outside of Manhattan. This year’s edition is located at the Clock Tower in Brooklyn’s DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge) neighborhood. It is a waterfront property overlooking the Manhattan and Brooklyn bridges, unlike the Tiger Woods’ bachelor pad. The lot originally housed a factory which was later developed as luxury condominiums.

The Clock Tower penthouse has been designed with style and innovation which is inherent in the brand Esquire. The penthouse has managed to create a truly unique one of a kind space, a futuristic bachelor pad. The unique and luxurious property happens to be an exclusive listing of Gumley Haft Kleier. The triplex penthouse is spread over 7,000 square feet. It features eight rooms, a three-story custom glass elevator, 14-foot glass faced clocks, 16-50 foot ceilings and much more. Innovative technology and contemporary furnishings enhance the luxurious appeal of the penthouse.

The penthouse boasts of a Digital Loft. The 5th Clock displays images of travel destinations suited to a bachelor lifestyle. There is a streaming wall that captures social media updates for you. The roof terrace boasts of 800 square feet “crow’s nest” with an outdoor deck and glass-walled interior room. A custom glass and metal bar makes it a perfect place to entertain guests. Overall, this year’s Esquire Magazine Ultimate Bachelor Pad was an extraordinary event.
