Swiss Development Group to Debut Luxury Spa Residences in the Heart of Alps

The Swiss Development Group is ready with its luxurious 51° Spa Residences and will be debuting it towards the end of this week at the Montreux Jazz Festival   to coincide with the Monaco Yacht Show. The Swiss Development Group is collaborating with the Monaco Yacht Show to target the affluent group of customers. The high end development is located right in the heart of the Swiss Alps at a height of 2,600 meters just next to skiing facilities. Known as Loèche-les-Bains or Leukerbad the area is renowned for its thermal springs and its benefits since the Roman times.

The new development aims to take this popular mountain resort to a new level of luxury lifestyle. The development is a five star hotel along with private residences. The amenities in the ultra luxury complex are luxury boutiques, a spa and well-being center together with the highly prestigious Ginza restaurant. Michael Graves & Associates, the American firm of architects are responsible for the design of the development and they have successfully blended the thermal springs with the opulent architecture. The spring and its water with therapeutic value is the highlight of the hotel.

The residences in the development will have its own spa facility complete with an indoor-outdoor relaxation pool, steam bath and sauna. These facilities will be fed directly from Leukerbad’s thermal springs. A Jacuzzi has been placed on the balcony of the residences. It is a memorable experience to relax in the natural spring water while enjoying the stunning views of the Gemmi mountains. The residents will enjoy private access to the boutiques on the premises. Other high end services and amenities include exclusive lounge, individual wine cellars, children’s club, doorman, concierge and ski valet, cinemas and games rooms.
