Star Wars: Blueprints- Unraveling The Transformation Of A Concept Into A Legend


Star Wars, the epic six installment story of a struggle between good and evil in a galaxy far, far away, has been the object of acclaim, fascination and in its long run has even garnered a cult like following with millions of die-hard Star Wars fans. Though there is plethora of Star Wars accessories and memorabilia available in the market these days, yet there has been nothing like what has now been introduced by Epic Ink. We are talking about the all new Star Wars: The Blueprints, a magnificent collection of technical blueprints that were conjured up during the concept of the Star Wars epic, detailing each and every inter-galactic character. This exclusive collection has been taken from the archives of Lucasfilm, the company set up by George Lucas himself.

Star Wars: The Blueprints collection consists of technical documentation in regards to the conceiving of some of the most astounding Star Wars characters such as the droid R2-D2, C3PO and the infamous warlord, Jabba The Hutt, as well as a numerous worlds, creatures and warships. The entire collection is narrated by the best-selling author, J. W. Rinzler, who is well known for his New York Times best seller ‘The Making of Star Wars‘. Some of the most popular scenes such as the streets of Mos Eisley, the X-wing fighter, the Battle of Hoth the Carbon Freezing Chamber, etc. have been described in this collection to the very last detail, a befitting gift or a collector’s item for the Star Wars fans out there. The Star Wars: The Blueprints collection will be introuded in a limited edition of 5,000 copies in English language, where in the first 125 editions will be signed by Norman Reynolds, Les Dilley and Roger Christian. The entire collection has been divided into two segments, first is the Level One that comes with signed and hand-number copies, carrying a price tag of $1,000. The second segment is Level Two, which will be comprised of only hand numbered copies, carrying a price tag of $500.
