Jewelry Time is Back after a Gap of three Lean Years

The luxury events that were unable to sustain itself through the recession are finding the economic environment conducive enough to revive themselves. Jewelry Time is one of those ultra luxury event which is scheduled to make a comeback this year after three lean years. The premium exhibition will again attract the watch connoisseurs and lovers of jewelry. It is getting ready to present an exclusive selection of haute horlogerie from some of the eminent watchmakers from around the world. The jeweled timepieces on display would one of a kind creation in terms of design and craftsmanship.

The schedule for the luxury event was announced well in advance. The event will run from October 27 to November 6 at Paragon Shopping Mall. All the big names in the field of haute horlogerie will be participating in the 11 day extravaganza with their best designs and intricately wrought jeweled timepieces. Audemars Piguet, Baume & Mercier, Cartier, Chopard, Piaget and many more will come up with extraordinary designs specifically created for the prestigious event. The participation will be that much more enthusiastic because of a long gap of three years since the last edition.

Jeremy Lim, the Chief Operating Officer of Cortina Watch believes that it is the right time for Jewelry Time to make a comeback. Since the last edition in 2008 this is the first year when the industry as a whole is feeling confident. The rapid growth of the Asian economies, their large affluent population and their huge appetite for European luxury will make Jewelry Time the ideal platform where watch connoisseurs and collectors access the best in luxury timepieces and acquire them as a form of investment. This is another indication that the good times of the luxury industry is back.
