Patron Social Club Organizes Secret Dinners For Its Foodie Members

High-end tequila brand Patron has come up with an exclusive, members-only club for foodies. The luxury brand has launched the Patron Social Club as one that will allow members private access to high-end, top-secret dinner parties. Everything about these dinner parties remains hush-hush, including venue and date of the event. Only a chosen few are clued in on this top-secret information.

It works like this. Patron Social Club selects a city where the event will be held, arranges for a well-known chef to take care of the dishes for the evening, then sends out the exclusive invites to a few select members. In the past, these dinner parties have been held in the Finnish Embassy at Washington D.C., The Sleeper House in Denver and on a yacht in Newport, Rhode Island. There was also a secret dinner in New York City, where Top Chef Masters’ Marcus Samuelsson prepared a range of savory dishes.

The newest venue was The Spanish Monastery in North Miami Beach. Only 15 out of 800 entrants were lucky enough to attend this affair featuring star mixologists and a celebrity chef. Bar Lab mixologists Elad Zvi and Gabriel Orta were around, mixing up Patron-inspired cocktails. Celebrity Chef Michele Bernstein, whose Miami restaurants have won the James Beard award, took care of the food.

Then again, all is not lost if you do not end up on the invite list at one of the Social Patron Club dinner parties. The members only site offers non-selected members the opportunity to win one of three “Treasure Troves”. This includes a book teaching members “How To” of hosting secret dinners, among other select products.
