Royal Resort Hotel & Royal Garden is the first Theme Hotel Complex Designed in India

Delhi is set to become the home of a hotel-resort complex planned around the theme of luxury. Architect Prem Nath is the brain behind the first of its kind project in India. He has conceptualized the first themed entertainment Hotel-Resort. It has been designed as a 7 Star property which is spread out on a large plot of 40 acres. When complete, it will become the landmark that will overshadow everything that has come before it. The idea of a theme or concept hotel is new to India. The 1 million square feet luxury hotel resort garden project has been named Royal Resort Hotel & Royal Garden.

The Royal Resort hotel will have a total of 200 deluxe rooms and suites. The rooms have been designed on a 49 square meter module. The hotel will feature two restaurants, coffee shops, a bar, pool bar, meeting rooms, business centers, gazebos, pool decks, and musical fountains. On the other hand the Resort Tower hotel will have relatively smaller rooms designed on 40 square meter module but they will number 300 in all. This hotel will also have two restaurants, coffee shops, a bar, club lounge, rooftop restaurant, meeting rooms, business centers etc.

In addition to the hotels the service hotel apartments have been designed and the project provides for 50 one bed units and 25 two bed units. The hotel villas shall be G+1, 25 villas (50units) each with 1 /2 bedroom, drive-in parks, dedicated pool decks, recreation and pool café etc. The complex will have an amphitheater, large enough to accommodate 10,000 people. There will be venues to host large events. The concept provides for handicraft village, Fashion Street, luxury & lifestyle shopping and themed shops. There is a provision for health spas complete with sauna, Jacuzzi etc., salons, themed gardens, multi-level pools, and a Kids zone. The project will define luxury for the residents of Delhi.
