Middle East has been in news for its recent troubles with dictators, protestors and rebels but the state of unrest has not deterred luxury brands from going ahead with their expansion plans in Middle East. On 28th March Rolls-Royce, world’s most renowned luxury car brand, opened its largest showroom in Abu Dhabi. Rolls-Royce has also announced that will be one of its best state-of-the-art facility with ultra-luxurious Rolls-Royce cars on display, a coffee bar, dedicated service facility for owners and an added customer configuration lounge for new customers for personalizing new models.
This move by Rolls Royce proves the importance of oil-rich Middle East in the luxury car world. Rolls Royce already has 8 dealerships in the region. Rolls Royce Middle East boss has also revealed during the launch that Middle East alone contributes to the 15 percent of prestigious car company’s global sales. In addition to the new biggest showroom Rolls Royce has also launched two Bentley Continental models – Flying Spur Arabia and Flying Spur Speed Arabia which are especially designed and dedicated to Arabic customers.
One hopes young Arabs will stick to majestic trusted brand like Rolls Royce for long time even if other luxury car follow Roll Royce to open their shops in Middle East. Each brand needs loyal customer base to grow and these luxury brands need to survive for they are indicators of the health of world economy.
