Crystal Encrusted Kinect Sensor Created for Kylie Minogue’s European Tour

Kylie Minogue is in the middle of her grand European tour. This tour promises to be an absolute landmark in the career of Kylie Minogue. At every show she is trying to create a live spectacle that will surpass even her own previous groundbreaking shows. The tour is being called ‘Aphrodite – Les Folies Tour 2011′. The response to the show has been absolutely incredible and it has inspired the singer to do her best to take the audience on a euphoric journey of joy, excitement and glamour.

The tour has been sponsored by Microsoft Kinect and Dance Central. A Kinect sensor, completely encrusted with crystals, has been created especially for the occasion. The Kinect sensor has been created by PlayBling and studded with more than 6,000 Swarowsky Elements crystals. This unique creation has been inspired and styled after the singer’s latest album, Aphrodite. The fans at her shows in Europe can get down with Dance Central at the concert venues and shake it to her songs.

The Kinect is valued at $1,200 but it hasn’t been made for sale. Those who are desirous of owning it will have to participate in a contest that requires them to film themselves dancing to Kylie’s song in Dance Central. Kylie Minogue is in Germany at the moment. She will be covering several other countries in Europe and conclude the tour in Dublin, Ireland on the 23rd of March.
