Alexander McQueen Four Finger Flower Leather Clutch Revives the Memory of His Knuckle Duster Clutch

The Alexander McQueen Four Finger Flower Leather Clutch is inspired by his infamous knuckle duster clutch. It was one of the typical examples of McQueen’s provocative designs. He never hesitated in shocking his audience. His creative genius saw him become the youngest British Designer of the Year. He received the award four times and finally got the International Designer of the Year award as well. The knuckle duster clutch had generated its share of controversy but accepted as a design masterpiece.

The new Four Finger clutch from the label is a fabulous, gothic, gold leather masterpiece. The dimensions at 6″W X 3½”H X 2″D are made to fit delicately over your finger and yet make a statement and project your attitude. In a way, the clutch pays tribute to the iconic designer on his first death anniversary. To go along with the knuckle duster grip the lining of the bag is made from black leather. Some people believe that it is to give it the badass feel.

The golden leather flowers covering the body of the clutch have a luxurious feel and look. They are sure to look lovelier with wear. The clutch will go very well with leather boots or black stilettos. Alexander McQueen himself would have been proud of this design. Priced at $1,995, the Alexander McQueen Four Finger Flower Leather Clutch is available for pre order at Saks Fifth Avenue.
