Roatan Islands get its Own Perry and Pete Dye-Designed Golf Course

The largest of Honduras’ Bay Islands, Roatan, is seated between Útila and Guanaja and is touted to be one of the most picturesque holiday destinations. It got another feather in its cap with opening of a lavish golf course. Hailed as Black Pearl Golf Course, this one is designed by Perry and Pete Dye who are world renowned   golf course designers. Spread over a humungous area of 72, 7,179-yards, it is also bestowed with some breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.

To take care of your luxury stay requirements, Roatan has the Resort and Spa at Pristine Bay which offers its exclusive “soft opening” to its guests this spring. You can buy yourself a piece of this heaven. The Villas are sold for a price starting at at $600,000 and going upto $1 million.  The Black Pearl Clubhose will also provide deep-water access for yachts.
