Gilt Groupe has diversified lately into fields it had never ventured into before like selling a VW Jetta or offering house plans in collaboration with Dwell. But they are back on their familiar ground with a bang. It is not just that they are back to selling clothes but what is new and exciting this time is that for the first time Gilt is partnering with a television network.
Gilt has teamed up with the USA Network to celebrate the return of White Collar. Stephanie Maslansky, the costume designer for season one and two will curate the event. The event will take place on Gilt.com/whitecollar. You can take down the date and time and put it down in your schedule. The event starts on Wednesday, January 19 at 12pm ET and will continue for the next 36 hours.
Brooks Brothers white collar shirts, both for men and women will be given away free on the site during the event. The event will host a total of four sales. Three sales will consist of clothing and accessories and the fourth one which will be conducted through Gilt City has been conceived as homage to New York City, the base for the show, and it will offer exciting dining and entertainment opportunities.
