With his years of experience and background he has been fairly successful in building his own brand. He had launched his brand with very elegant handbags. He had then launched a ready to wear line under his brand. He is expanding his portfolio to cash in on the holiday season. As part of his holiday gift collection he has created a new Reed Krakoff fragrance.
The RK Limited Edition, as per their own site, is the exact opposite of a mass fragrance. From the scent to the packaging a lot of effort and creativity has gone into creating an exclusive and an unique product. The glass bottles are hand blown and numbered in Murano, Italy by Seguso Viro.
The RK Limited Edition has 400 packages only with two bottles of scent and a funnel to fill the bottle. The fragrance has been priced at $695 and is available in four colors – nude, grey, clear and silver fleck. The scent itself is described as having a “masculine-feminine sensibility” with note of black pepper and neroli.
