Tiger Woods’ Bachelor Pad In Jupiter Island Is Ready and Good to Move-in

Tiger Woods has long been the child of controversy and it’s good to stumble upon his name for in news for the non-spicy reasons. Jupiter Island, the pro-golfer’s singles pad’ is all set to welcome his water in is realm of pools and oxygen therapy facility. Franked by lush greenery on all sides, the island town is spread over 10,000 square feet and sports to be a perfect weekend getaway for the recently divorced Woods.

The Jupiter Island in Florida is finally past the construction and paperwork stage. An aerial vview of this $50 million estate in Florida shows one tee box in the southeast corner to hit drivers, three of the greens with a single sand trap, and three pot bunkers guarding the green in the northwest corner. I don’t think anybody has had the chance to step in here and on the basis of these views, Cary Lichtenstein has suggested the above mentioned layout.

Seated on the barrier island, this property also has a tennis court, a fitness room (it has to be, right?!), a diving pool, lap pool and also a pair of boat docks. Woods had initially bought the property for $35 million in 2007 and has spent almost $15 million in developing it. Looks like he is also set to give life a new beginning post his much-talked-about divorce with ex-wife Elin Nordegren in August.
