Jimmy Choo’s designs are appreciated all over the world. He has become a legend in a relatively short time with the stunning growth of the company that bears his name. But now it seems Jimmy Choo has outgrown his company also. He is a creative genius and perhaps that is why he does not want to be tied down or restricted by his company. He has recently designed a set of limited edition UGG in five different styles and they are available in Hong Kong.
Tamara Mellon, founder and chief creative officer of Jimmy Choo is very positive about UGG and said “Other than Jimmy Choo, UGG Australia is the only other footwear I have in my wardrobe, I wear it at home in New York, on holiday in Malibu and as an essential travel accessory for my plane wardrobe.”
She is very happy about the new set of UGG because she feels it captures the best of both brands – the legendary comfort of UGG with the spirit of Jimmy Choo. In this new set of UGG you can see decorative Jimmy Choo studding, stars and grommets as well as leopard, zebra and hobo fringe detailing, while the color palette is generally dark; centering round black, chestnut, chocolate and charcoal. Prices range from HK$4,500-7,250.
