Williams Pro6 Promises to Keep You Fit With Total Body Workout

Power Plate and AT&T Williams F1 have collaborated to develop a power plate pro6 machine to help upgrade the fitness training programme of team members of Williams F1. We have reported earlier about the revolutionary Power Plate Vibrating Exercise Machine as well as the limited edition flowery power plate machine by Kenzo Takada. The latest machine has been finished in the Williams F1 livery.

This newly developed exclusive machine is being used by their ace driver Rubens Barichello. The machine has been incorporated in the fitness programme of the team members. The new AT&T Williams F1 machine features promotion Dynamic Vibration Technology that offers a complete and a total-body workout. Rubens Barichello has been all praises for the new machine and has been telling one and all how effective the machine is particularly for stretching. He said that he usually feels stiff after a race to the extent that it becomes difficult for him to even get out of the car but since he has started using the new machine,  he feels looser and more flexible. The machine is equally effective in improving one’s core strength.

The basic technology of the Williams pro6 is proMOYION cable resistance with high strength Vectran cables. It transfers about 80% of vibrations to the upper body resulting in the ultimate total body workout. The new machine will prove very useful for the Armchair Formula One drivers also who are working hard to stay fit for the upcoming British Grand Prix. Harrods department store has the exclusive right to sell the new machine which they have priced at about $15,600.
