The former chairman of Sony Music Entertainment, Tommy Mottola is selling his 324 acre ranch, and he expects to get atleast $27.7 million for it. The ranch is located in Aspen, Colorado. The music mogul has worked with several famous names like Bruce Springsteen, and Mariah Carey among others. This property was bought in 2003 for $14.7 million. Mottola says that he is selling this property as he is unable to spend much time over there these days. It has a five bedroom Western style log cabin and two guest houses with four bedrooms. Another person from the music industry, singer-songwriter Carole King is listing her Idaho ranch spanning 128 acres for a price of $16million. She has been in possession of this property since 1981. This campus also has a five bedroom house, plus eight guest houses.
A Miami beach house was bought recently by TV producer Douglas Cramer for $7.4 million. This bayfront two-story home has six bedrooms, a swimming pool and even a deepwater dock. Mr. Cramer calls himself an addictive collector of houses and art, and this would be a nice addition to his collection I am sure.
