Vertu Adds Sparkle to its New Collection of Cell phones

When global giants throw parties they surely have an ulterior motive and Vertu mobiles proved this theory correct! Recently at a party in Beverly Hills this company unveiled a new handcrafted jewel studded cell phone. Initially all the spectators were under the impression that it is just another fancy model, but all of them were taken aback when they realized that it also makes calls!

The main motive of the party was to inaugurate the Rodeo Drive boutique of Vertu cell phones, but this surprise element caused a stir in the party. Vertu, owned by Nokia, is famous for its phones which come with a two year plan, but the company went out of its way to not include this magnum opus in their regular scheme.

These jewel studded phones are carefully handmade by an artist in Hampshire, England. Besides the sparkle and glitter on the phones, there were stars from Hollywood as well to set the place on fire! Quincy Jones and Seal were spotted in the crowd and their presence was very obvious as they have been using Vertu phones for a very long time now. Priced at $70,000, these phones still remain as a privilege of the affluent.
