Kansas City may not exactly be known for luxury buildings. It is an earthy mid western city that comes with the baggage of being a provincial town. Kansas City is also known for its largely agricultural market and that really could be one of the reasons why luxury has not taken off there. However,
Wichita developer Chris Rainbolt, president of Insignia Real Estate has revealed that there is going to be a garage condominium community called Madison Pointe at 141st Terrace and Madison Avenue in south Kansas City. The condos would be sold at a price of $118,000 or more. It could be one of the cheapest but luxurious places to stay where ever you go. Some of the features that you could find are amazingly cool.
They have been described by the Biz Journals as “18-foot ceilings, garage-door access, stubbed-in plumbing for bathroom additions, and around-the-clock access to a clubhouse with restrooms, flat-screen televisions and a wet bar. If you stay close to Kansas City, go ahead and try to get one of these condominiums and you won’t regret.
