If you are a fitness enthusiast who is also looking at taking some time off for leisure, Alladale Fitness Retreat can be an interesting option. Taking place in the beautiful Scottish Highlands from the 2nd till the 8th May 2010, the session would give you an opportunity to explore the landscape as well as get into a fitness regime. Since your life is already very hectic, this retreat would first provide you with comfort. This would mean staying in stylishly designed en-suite double rooms, enjoying sauna, massage and bonfire at night.
Located on rugged hills, Alladale Fitness Retreat will be a break from the boring gym sessions. The six night stay will include hiking up the glen, sprinting on the beach along the coast, circuit training and boxing, mountain biking etc.
Also be ready to enjoy three low fat meals a day prepared by chef Prue Leith. All exercises are supervised by professional fitness trainers. An ‘after care’ pack and expert advice on how to incorporate and adapt all that you’ve learnt into your daily routine would be part of the package.
The Alladale Fitness Retreat is based on two sharing from £1,950 per person. This includes accommodation, food, pick up and drop to the airport (flights charges are not included) all activities advice and training.
