The ReardonSmith Architects are building a 5-star hotel which would be located underground, beneath a golf course. It would be located in the Green Belt location and this subterranean London hotel would match any of the other 5-star hotels, and that is perhaps why there has been so much of interest generated for this project.
It would come with luxury spa, hotel and golf accommodations. If it really works the way it seems to be working we are going to see some of the most unobtrusive building projects ever in the heart of London that will not only safeguard the aesthetic quality of rolling golf course, but also hide an amazingly chic 5-star hotel underneath.
