The best part about the holiday season is the generous nature that partakes one and all. Even brand Bentley (no we do not mean to imply that it doesn’t wear the nobel cap on other occasions). Well, the luxury car maker has packed in a real treat for the world this December by renovating the London Routemaster double-decker bus to the hospice St. Luke’s at it crew headquarters.

We are told that the hospice acquired the bus in April and then requested Bentley to do the needful, to which the car maker readily agreed. And mind we tell you that this project was not an easy one to undertake. In fact, it required the efforts of some 59 workers who worked for 2,000 hours night and day to complete this venture.
Bentley has made use of hand stitched leather to do the interior of the London Routemaster double-decker bus. Several work surfaces, rails, kitchen unit and shelves have been custom made for the automobile. The bus in question will be seen as a traveling shop at various schools and colleges.
