Louis Vuitton has struck gold twice with popular singing idol Madonna signing on with them for a second time to play muse for Marc Jacobs’ forthcoming autumn.winter collection. And let’s be blunt, the endeavour also aims to reinvent Madonna¬ in the eyes of¬ her fans who have been missing some classy action from her end, frankly, we had become a wee bit tired of the messy divorces.
Made to look like a sumptuous and decadent heroine from the Golden film era, Madonna is scorching hot thanks to photographer Steven Meisel and art director Jacobs (yes, he doubled up roles here). It is indeed a very new form of the famous celeb that we get to see here. The ads have been inspired by the Surrealist technique solarisation perfected by Man Ray.
As for the apparel, Madonna can been seen ruffling in sheer silk puffballs as part of short dresses. The thigh-high boots sure look like they could kick a few fashioable steps. Jacobs told the media that it was a fun filled affair!
