Richard Geoffroy, the respected chef de cave at Dom Perignon, gave us the Oenothèque 1995 at the Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco in 2002. And now the gorgeously delicious liquor has been bottled all over again for your bar.
So, as part of the Twin Set you can enjoy the 7-year-old oroginal and the 13-year-old fraternal twin all together. The Dom Vintage 1995 will give you the flavors of golden honey along with marzipan and wet straw. On the other hand, the Oenothèque 1995 has hints of mineral, oyster shell, seaweed, iodine, toast, smoke and peat. You have to pay $550 for this set of fine wine which is available at Crush Wine and Spirits.
