Gianni Versace Designed Tiara Goes For Auction

Gianni Versace died in a tragic way when the male prostitute he hired, Cunanan murdered him in the most brutal fashion. Fashion world was shocked beyond limits to hear of his death. Here is a gold and diamond tiara designed by the murdered Gianni Versace and is auctioning it off. It comes with 1,200 diamonds and is expected to cost at least $3 million.

The design even won the prestigious De Beers Diamonds International; Award in 1995 as the tiara is meticulously crafted. It is also the star of Gianni Versace’s Atelier Collection and much of the money raised from the auction will g to AIDS funds and charity.

Many people who have been ravaged by the HIV virus will be given aid and money in order to make their lives a little more comfortable. This particular Tiara has been worn by Madonna, Amber Valletta, and Donatella Versace.
