Here Is A Chance To Own A Tom Fexas Original
Art never dies. And what better example than famed luxury yacht designer Tom Fexas. He may not be with us anymore but his works remain to impress and inspire. Working towards the same end, his estate has decided to auction ten of his individual designs never seen before.
Among the copyrighted designs in reference, you can even see the outboard profile and general arrangement for yachts ranging in size from 65 feet to 145 feet. And what adds to the designs is the fact that they are originals hand drawn by Tom Fexas. Yes, accompanying each design is a certificate of authenticity and a one-time use licensing agreement.
We hear the minimum bids start at $12,500 per design. The auction will run from 18th March through 20th March. Both yacht builders and potential yacht owners are welcome to participate. By the way, the winner also earns five hours of consultation with the Fexas design staff to understand and finalize the usage requirements. The picture above shows the design of a 145-foot, retro yacht. The starting bid is $20,000.
