SWISS First Class cabin: Redefining In-flight Luxury
Stretch your legs and read by the luxe lampshade. Watch TV as you relax, or sit up and work on your laptop. Want to hit the bed? No problem. Your seat can turn into comfy, cozy bed. When you do all of this in luxury, you can be sure your privacy is not invaded. No stranger of a neighbour peeping into your semi-cabin. All this, mid-air, when you’re up and above the clouds.
They are the newest of first class cabins to be reality soon, on Swiss Air. SWISS, will begin introducing such cabins on its flights, beginning this spring. The First Class cabin introduction is in sync with its fleet renewal programme.
SWISS officials have said that the new First Class cabins help the airline set new benchmarks for individual travel in an exclusive in flight environment.
The First Class cabin has been christened `suite above the clouds’ - an apt name considering that such luxury out there when you are so many thousand feet away from the earth is in reality – super luxury.
In other words, luxury’s new address is not a star hotel then. It’s in the air and on board a flight!
