Sharp Aquos LB-1085: World’s largest LCD TV Costs $110K

Here is rejoicing news for all millionaires! The Sharp LB-1085, touted to be the world’s largest LCD TV measuring 108-inches would be available for sale in Japan from next week onwards. The model features full HD resolution of 1,920×1,080 pixels, panel supporting 7.6 million colors, 400cd/m2 brightness, 1,200:1 contrast ratio and a viewing angle of 176 degrees. Other specks include an onboard speaker that produces an output of 15W×2ch and comes with integrated 3 x HDMI ports along with the standard audio and video ports.
Consuming 1,130W, the giant model measures 2,572×202×1,550mm and weighs 195 kgs. Retailed at 11,000,000 Yen ($ 110,000), the Sharp Aquos LB-1085 would be a blessing for Japanese TV maniacs by revolutionizing their stress burning experience.
