Joan Miro’s Blue Star May Fetch $10 mn

Blue Star

Amidst gamut of paintings ready to earn another history for renowned painters by reaching auction block, ‘BlueStar’ is a new entrant’. Featured above is a creation by Spanish painter Joan Miro, called ‘Blue star’. The painting depicts 10 pieces signed by Picasso, Leger, Juan Gris and Miro, which was preserved in a coffer for 40 years. I think this is sufficient to describe its beauty and worth. It would be auctioned on 21 December 2007, at the Aguttes auction house in Paris. The painting by Joan Miro is anticipated to fetch 7 million Euros ($10 mn).
