£1,500 Electrified Victorian Doll’s House for Sale

Doll House

Deborah Bowden, 51, a diminutive house collector was being jammed at home when she was enforced to bring one of them into the market. Breaking the monotony, she followed an unusual way of putting it on sale via an estate agent.
Victorian Doll’s House

The whole pool of potential buyers eyeing the house was hoodwinked by pictures of the striking Victorian townhouse exhibited on the window of R House estate agents in Torpoint, Cornwall. They were thinking it’s a full sized house.

The house is available in the souk at a bargain price of £1,500 ($3,000). This can easily fit anyone’s budget with no stamp duty or solicitor fees, no HIP, a survey – and no chain but loads of prospective buyers.

The featured above masterpiece is the result of hard efforts invested by Grandmother Mrs Bowden over the past four-years. She built the house using a kit before exhilarating it and adding up the final strokes like hand-knitted sheets and hand-crafted furniture. Great amount of Research and Development was done by her from internet to convey the Victorian vibes and credit for all these goes to her innovative mind.
