Tall as 4½-inch, these stiletto sandals are encrusted with 565 platinum-set Kwiat diamonds including 55 carats of clear diamonds along with a huge 5-carat stone. Renowned Singer Alison Krauss (one of the nominee for best song for the film Cold Mountain) carried these sandals while making to the 2004 Oscars ceremony.
