Return of a German Shepherd Without Ransom

dog_returned_back.jpg

A Colombian dog was kidnapped the earlier month for a ransom of as heavy an amount as $350,000 ($NZ470, 873). The German shepherd was returned back even without the payment of the ransom when the abductors drooped the victim at a veterinary doctor’s office on the pretext of giving bath to the dog. But, after the bath had been given, the doctor called the police as none had actually come to pick it up.

The police identified the German shepherd as Aldo de Fescol and claimed that a report had been filed for its kidnap. The police reported that the kidnappers were wounded in the shootout, while the dog was in a healthy condition. The dog was kidnapped from the Bogotá neighborhood when the owners were gone.

I wonder sometimes that some dogs are so lucky to be kidnapped for such a high ransom, while many human beings on this earth don’t have even half the value.
