The soon-to come Russia-shaped luxury island is an inventive creation by the Dutch engineer Erick van Egeraat. Located in the Black Sea around Sochi, this island will hit the city in 2014 to welcome the guests for the winter Olympics. If the island earns a success and works on the planned module, then surely it would be worth $6 billion. The island is equipped with two docks, religious centers, roads, parkland, artificial rivers and the available accommodation space can house 25,000. You would be amazed to know Economics Minister; German Gref believes this masterpiece is not less than $10 billion. Those who find it too expensive to bank upon this virtual thought of Federation Island can eye $100 million Ronde Island in Grenada, which is enjoying the reputation of being the most-expensive island in the international real estate market.
