Today attaining one’s luxurious desires is seen as a much easier task than maintaining and guarding them. The very fear of getting your car dented while you are asleep is wild yet true. Realizing this want and not-need factor, this new entrant to the luxurious housing industry is being welcomed by elite gentry.

Eyeing the Singapore’s mushrooming luxury home property market, the innovative mind behind the concept is all set to tempt the worldwide jet-set to purchase its projects. Here is the virtual image of the artist’s conception of an apartment offering a large amount of respect to your pricey car by keeping a separate space for it inside it.

Another worry…..But how do I drag and drop my car to my living room? Accepted it doesn’t seem as easy as dragging and dropping elements on your desktop. But holding the Hayden Properties, the Singaporean artist designed this concept a year ago and ensured that lifting the car to your living room would now be easier than the former.

Standing away from its competitor’s viz. CapitaLand and City Developments, the builder claims to offer state-of-the-art technology housing in this 30-storey building that can lift cars. True, buildings with such concept exist in the U.S. and Dubai but Hayden’s project, to be known as The Hamilton would be the tallest. The Hamilton one of the project under the umbrella of Hayden’s two maiden projects and is estimated to cost over $663 million combined.
