Retirement Theater for just $11,000

A shock for all my readers! It seems residents in at a Massachusetts adult community built by Brendon Homes have started getting their retirement benefits in the form of perks. The booming trend of enjoying full-fledged home theater is a living proof of the declaration that I have made.

The well-packaged home theater experience comes with a projector and a sound system that will blow most people away, making you feel young in your old age.

“We’re putting a lot of these systems in for people in retirement communities,” says Dave Lavine of electronics retailer and installation company Percy’s, based in Worcester, MA. “People want to entertain. And many of [them] have never had this stuff, so they want ease of use and small speakers.”

The front cabinet is occupied with a one-piece Bose Lifestyle media center that combines a DVD/CD player, AM/FM radio, amplifier, 200 hours of digital music storage and speakers.
Of course a remote is needed to channel its functioning and to ease the retired people. The small but powerful Bose speakers are on the top shelves, and the center channel hangs from the ceiling.

The ambience that this system provides can land your grandparents in another honeymoon. So, guys keep your spy eye open and enjoy the double-fun.

Sub-Zero 601 RG Refrigerator

To be honest, I don’t feel any need for another refrigerator but it is the slim factor that lures me to spend a fat amount from my pocket. Properly accommodated at its place, the Sub-zero refrigerator is a designer product standing with the door ajar giving you your sweet time what you want.

The 601 RG can be located in your drawing rooms next to the shelves displayed with your other designer accessories; It doesn’t demand the kitchen ambience.

It’s glass fronts and width or may be the lack, makes it unique. The sleek design comes with a sloping price tag of $5,000.

Gables, a 22 year-old monument in New Jersey town of Morris Township, once use to be a property of Charles Scribner, New York publisher.
It was only in 1994 that the present dwellers were blessed with the estate. The property includes a country kitchen, second-floor library, another office, as well as numerous guest rooms & baths. Another fact that will invite all your eyes and ears is that the huge property has over 20 rooms and 12 fireplaces. Martini

Parties thrown or attended by elite are supposed to complete only when drinks show there charm. And not to mention this has to be Olive or twist? Emerald-cut or Marquise?

Since its launch in 2004, martini has been ordered only twice. The statement serves its purpose well in defining its luxury. Once for a marriage proposal and other for a section on NPR. To have your choice of diamond and setting, the mandatory condition is to order it 72 hours before its use.

No wonders you are rich enough to buy the most expensive attires for your self and your kids, but the charm of dressing them up in clothes designed by yourself is a unique one. Check out the new sewing wonder called Bernina Artista 730E, a true luxury

This chic machine is a step ahead of the old ones as the most updated Windows power it and a cool touch screen at its top helps you take the graphic tutorials. Isn’t cool? Big Bang watch by Hublot- $1mn

Big Bang watch by Hublot- $1mn

This has to be categorized as jewelry rather than a time piece. It has a logical reasoning behind it. The purpose of the watch to reflect time doesn’t demand high cost. What made it elite is the 493 top Wesselton “baguette” diamonds that surround the case dial and buckle. Created by Hublot, the One Million Dollar Big Bang watch follows the “serti mysterieux” technique (used in the jewelry creation by Van Cleef & Arpels (Paris) which allows only the visibility of diamonds that dominate the structure holding it, making it invisible).

It uneasy price tag is because of its not-so-easy production. Having invested more than 2,000 hours on its designing through R&D, machine programming, the cutting of the diamonds, setting, casing and fine-tuning; this piece-of-art luxury deserves this commanding price.
